Through emerging reserarch it is becoming increasingly clear the connection between mind and body. Training and experience has taught me that people are best viewed as a whole, and incorprating the body into therapy through nutrition, breath and other somatic tehniques can be extremely valuable in achieving well being; all at your pace and comfort level.
